Is the RIDEMAKERZ Virtual Experience safe?
Safety is a primary concern at RIDEMAKERZ. We do not have chat capability, so your child cannot share any personal information. Instead we have developed car-centric phrases and effects, called Z-motes, which can be used for communication and expression.
What is a Z-mote?
Instead of chat, you communicate by choosing from an exciting inventory of phrases and visuals.
What is Make it Real?
RIDEMAKERZ has real products, so you can build and customize your own model-sized cars and trucks in our SHOPZ or shift to RIDEMAKERZ.COM to buy your RIDE and build it at home.
What information do I need to register an account?
If you are under 13, we ask for your gender, birthday, parent's email, and zip code. If you are over 13, you can give us your own email too. Don't worry - we will not share any of your information with third parties.
What is there to do in the RIDEMAKERZ Virtual Experience?
You can customize a virtual ride, play games, race on our courses and meet your friends. New features will be added every few months.
How do I cancel my child's account?
You will receive an email when your child registers for an RZ Virtual Experience account. Click the link to deactivate your child's account. If you don't have the email, you can notify us at support@ridemakerz.com. You will receive a response within 24 hours.

How do I get a closed beta access code?
Closed beta access codes are being sent to RIDEMILEZ Club members beginning in December 2008. If you are a RIDEMILEZ Club member, your code is coming soon. If you are not, sign up now!

Can I register more than one account with my access code?
Access codes are good for up to 6 registrations.

Are there any countries that RIDEMAKERZ cannot ship to?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Mexico, Uganda and Nigeria at this time due to complex custom regulations and high dollar duty charges.
